Care for loved ones. Confidence across borders.
Support your family's healthcare, wherever you live.
Arrange care, review verified bills, pay participating providers, and receive updates your loved one has agreed to share—all through FamilyBridge.
FamilyBridge coordinates care; it does not provide treatment, insurance or credit. Clinical services, availability and payment arrangements depend on participating providers.

How it works
Eight clear steps, with your relative in control
Create a sponsor account
Sign up with a verified email. Staff accounts are invited separately.
Invite or register a family member
Add your relative's basic details, or send them a private invitation code.
Obtain consent and verify details
Your relative decides whether to take part and what you may see. A coordinator verifies their details.
Arrange an appointment
Request a time with an approved provider. It stays 'requested' until the provider confirms.
Review and authorize charges
The facility sends an itemized estimate. You approve the exact amount, decline, or ask a question.
Pay through an approved channel
Payment goes to the participating institution. Only supported methods are shown.
Receive receipts and permitted updates
You see receipts for your payments and only the updates your relative has agreed to share.
Coordinate follow-up
Reminders and tasks help everyone keep track of what comes next.
Services
What we can coordinate
Clinical suitability is always decided by the treating practitioner. We only list services currently available through approved partners.

Membership
Coordination plans
Membership fees pay for coordination only. They never pay medical bills, and a card is not insurance or a guarantee of treatment, credit or payment.
Participating providers
Verified providers only
No providers have been verified yet
We list an institution or practitioner only after an administrator records verified authorization to participate.
Transparency & patient rights
How we keep things fair and clear
Estimates, payments and receipts
Every charge starts as an itemized estimate with currency and expiry. You approve the exact total before an invoice is issued. We show when a payment is started, when it is received, and when it is settled to the provider — these are different steps.
Patients control sharing
Your relative decides who receives information, what kind (financial only, appointments, or a clinician-approved summary), and until when. They can withdraw at any time; future access stops immediately.
Sponsorship is not record access
Paying for care does not give access to medical records. Doctors review every summary before it can be shared with a sponsor.
Free-care eligibility
Before any estimate, the provider is asked to check whether the service is covered by an applicable free-care or subsidy programme, and any adjustment is shown on the estimate.
Complaints
Submit complaints from your workspace. Each is logged, acknowledged and tracked to resolution.
